    This tender concerns generator sets for the refrigerated container area of the Apia Port Upgrade Project in Samoa. Due to numerous special requirements, an addendum is hereby issued to further clarify and supplement the specifications. In case of any inconsistencies with the tender documents, the provisions of this addendum shall prevail.
    本次招标用于萨摩亚阿皮亚港升级项目冷柜区配套使用的发电机组，因有较多特殊要求，特发布补遗文件进一步明确和补充，如有与招标文件有不一致的以本补遗内容为准。
